THE following planning applications were validated by south Bucks councils on Friday.
Wycombe District Council
The Platt, Wharf Lane, Bourne End, Buckinghamshire, SL8 5RR. Reduction of crown spread to a radius of 6 metres (up to 20% reduction) and crown lift to a height of up to 5 metres to Beech T8 of TPO 20/1998.
154 &155 Templewood, Walters Ash, Buckinghamshire, HP14 4UF. Householder application for construction of single storey front extension across both properties (154 & 155).
Rosecroft, Longwick Road, Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire, HP27 9HN. Householder application for demolition of the adjoining single garage, detached single garage, workshop, entrance porch and conservatory and construction of new raised roof and a ground floor rear extension with associated external alterations.
South Bucks District Council
43 Malthouse Square, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, HP9 2LE. Demolition of existing sinlge storey side extension. Replacement single storey side extension.
No applications were validated by Chiltern District Council.
