TWENTY three men and women hoping to represent you at Bucks County Council after May 2 have recorded videos to persuade you to vote for them next week..

The elections take place around the county on Thursday and as part of the BFP's get out and vote campaign contenders for County Hall have been given a chance to create a video pitch.

The council has a combined revenue and capital budget of over £800,000,000 and is in charge of the roads, schools, social care and over 100 other services.

Therefore the BFP is appealing to all readers to encourage everyone to make their voice count by voting on May 2.

The deadline for videos was this afternoon.

If your electoral division is not listed below it means none of the candidates from that area took up the option to make a video.

However, there will also be written statements appearing on this website as well to give you the best chance possible to find out the information you need.

How do you rate the efforts by the council hopefuls themselves? Has your door been knocked on by a candidate? Have you any leaflets dropped through your post box?

Or have you been left without any details on who to vote for?
