1:24pm Monday 2nd September 2013 in News
A MOTHER was threatened at her door by a pair of men who had a knife during an aggravated burglary in High Wycombe on Saturday.
The woman was at home with her two young children when two men called at the flat in Windrush Drive between 2.30pm and 3pm and went inside.
The pair, one of which was seen with a knife, threatened her before making off with Asian gold jewellery and cash.
One of the men was described as white, in his mid-twenties, smartly dressed, with short dark hair and a goatee beard.
The second was black, mid to late twenties, with short hair and he was wearing dark clothing.
Det Con Ami Chapple, of Force CID in High Wycombe, said: “This was a frightening ordeal for the victim who was with her two young children at the time. They were unharmed but shaken by what happened.
“We have carried out house-to-house enquiries and would now like to speak to anyone who saw two men matching the descriptions given, in or around the local area.”
If you can help, please call Det Con Chapple via the 24-hour Police Enquiry Centre on 101.
