Wycombe man arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder Gloucester brothers
POLICE have arrested a Wycombe man on suspicion of conspiracy to murder two brothers in Gloucester.
Thames Valley Police raided a property in Westover Court this morning and arrested the 32-year-old, who remains in police custody.
The warrants were carried out in conjunction with Gloucestershire and Metropolitan Police as part of an investigation into a shooting in the Tredworth area of Gloucester on April 2.
Five people were arrested in the Gloucestershire area within days of the shooting, which police believe was a case of mistaken identity.
Superintendent Gilbert Houalla, the Wycombe Area Commander, said: “I can confirm a warrant was executed in relation to a shooting in Gloucester.
“It was a joint operation between forces, I gave it my blessing, I provided some resources; and the community impact was minimal.”
• A second man, 31, was arrested in Westover Court on suspicion to supply drugs.
