Blackpool link as missing High Wycombe man search goes on
ANOTHER appeal has been made to find a missing from High Wycombe - with a possible link to Blackpool emerging.
Gareth Bowers, aged 54, was last seen on Thursday 5 September. He is from the Wycombe Marsh area.
Ongoing enquires now link Mr Bowers to the Blackpool area of Lancashire.
Thames Valley Police do not believe Mr Bowers has access to money and could be sleeping rough.
He is described as 5ft 11ins, of medium to large build, with thinning grey hair and brown eyes.
It is thought he was wearing a sports type waterproof Fred Perry jacket when he went missing and there is a possibility he may have a bag or carry case with him.
Inspector Michael Morland said: "I would like members of the public to keep an eye out for Mr Bowers and call us if they can provide information about his whereabouts.
"Our focus is to ensure Mr Bowers is safe and well. "Understandably Mr Bower’s family are very really concerned given the time he has been missing.
"Gareth, if you see this article please contact us, our priority is to ensure you are safe and well."
