Alert as light aircraft comes down in field
FIREFIGHTERS rushed to the scene after a light aircraft came down in a field in Denham yesterday afternoon.
Crews from Gerrards Cross and Rickmansworth attended the field at Tilehouse Lane after being alerted shortly before 4pm.
They contained a fuel leak from a damaged wing and made the scene safe.
The pilot escaped the incident with no injuries.
