BUCKINGHAMSHIRE New University’s Students’ Union is holding a charity Christmas market at its campus in High Wycombe on Tuesday.

The market, in the Gateway building at the University in Queen Alexandra Road, High Wycombe, will have stalls selling Christmas cards, decorations, scarves, jewellery, handbags, and toys, plus there will be mulled wine for sale and other seasonal attractions.

Lauren Troiano, Societies and Volunteering Assistant at Bucks Students’ Union, said: “People are welcome to come and enjoy our Christmas market and help raise money for some great charities.

“Companies are coming into the University to sell items on their stalls and we are looking forward to getting everybody into the festive spirit.”

It is in aid of Bucks Students’ Union’s Raise and Give (RAG) charities - Pepper Foundation, Macmillan Cancer Support, and Great Ormond Street Hospital.

It will run from 10am to 4pm.

A raffle is also taking place. Tickets are £1 each or £2 for a strip and prizes include football tickets, meals out and tickets to attractions, as well as toys and clothing. To buy tickets email lauren.troiano@bucks.ac.uk
