A man on a scooter? I would imagine it is actually one of Marlow's older teenage, jumped up, brainless, drug taking, drug dealing, pathetic, want to be gangsters. Hardly a surprise to be honest. Poor lad they targeted, I hope he is not too traumatised by it.
