THE following planning applications were validated by South Bucks councils on Friday.
Wycombe District Council:
3 Windmill Hill Princes Risborough Buckinghamshire HP27 0EP- Radial crown spread reduction by 3 metres (mainly on the side of neighbours property) and overall crown height reduction by about 1 metre to T1 Beech (crown reduce by 20%); crown spread reduction over the garden side by 1-2 metres to T2 Beech and crown lift to provide 5.2 metres clearance over road; crown lift T3 Beech by removing lower growth to give 5.2 metres clearance from ground level over the road and 4 metres over the path, and reduce crown spread over the garden side by 1-2 metres.
2 Terry Road High Wycombe Buckinghamshire HP13 6QJ- Remove lowest 15cm diameter stem growing towards house from Horse Chestnut (ID# 4); fell Cherry (ID# 5), Sycamore (ID# 8), and small Lime (ID# 10); thin canopy to remove approximately 15% of live branches from Twin stem Sycamore (ID# 9) and lift canopy to a height of 1-2 metres; reduce height by approx 1.5m to Whitebeam (ID# 12) and reduce to clear adjacent Cypress; thin crown to remove approximately 20% of live branches of Crimson King Maple (ID# 15).

23 Meare Estate Wooburn Green Buckinghamshire HP10 0DX- Householder application for single storey side infill extension.
12 Oak Tree Road Marlow Buckinghamshire SL7 3EE- Householder application for construction of single storey front porch and part two storey, part single storey rear extension.
153 - 155 Rutland Avenue High Wycombe Buckinghamshire HP12 3JQ- Demolition of existing garages and erection of two storey rear extension to create one additional 1-bed flat to rear, single storey front extension incorporating new pitched roof over existing front porch & new dropped kerb to front to facilitate the extra unit.
Woodlands Seymour Plain Marlow Buckinghamshire SL7 3BZ- Householder application for construction of detached garage to replace existing carport.
21 Tancred Road High Wycombe Buckinghamshire HP13 5EQ- Householder application for construction of part single storey, part two storey, part first floor front, side and rear extension.
South Bucks District Council:
The Rowans 22 Marsham Way Gerrards Cross Buckinghamshire SL9 8AD- New detached garage. Alterations to existing garage to form habitable accommodation.
