THREE people have been in charged by police in relation to a spate of robberies at bookies in the area.

George Green, 19, of no fixed abode, and Kyle Docherty, 19, of Wye Road, Wooburn Green, were charged yesterday with conspiracy to commit robbery.

Rachel Ashby, 21, of Partridge Way, High Wycombe, was also charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and possession of a controlled drug of Class B - cannabis / cannabis resin.

The robbery conspiracy charges relate to a robbery of a taxi driver in Wooburn Green, and robberies of Coral in Mill End Road, High Wycombe and Coral bookmakers in St Mark’s Crescent, Maidenhead on Monday and of Ladbrokes in Marlow Road, High Wycombe, on Tuesday.

It also relates to robbery incidents at the One Stop Shop in Somerville Way, Aylesbury, and Sainsbury’s Local in Oakfield Road, Aylesbury, both on Sunday.
