EXPECTANT diners in Marlow will have to wait a little longer for their newest culinary experience after the opening of a new restaurant was delayed.
New eatery Giggling Squid, part of a small chain specialising in what it calls ‘Thai Tapas’, has taken over the former Pachanga’s building on West Street.
Its owners had previously said they hoped to have the eatery opened by Christmas.
But with interior building works still ongoing, the new restaurant will not open until February 11.
Giggling Squid has been approached for a definite opening date, but has not yet confirmed when it will open its doors.
The new branch will be the chain’s ninth around the south east, with Henley being the nearest.
