AN elderly pedestrian has suffered ‘life changing’ injuries after being involved in a collision with a car on the Marlow Bypass.

The collision took place on the southbound carriageway of the A404, Marlow, at about 5.35pm last Friday, January 17.

A black BMW was travelling from the Handy Cross roundabout towards Marlow.

While on this stretch of road, a pedestrian collided with the vehicle.

The pedestrian, a 76-year-old man, suffered life changing injuries to his right leg as a result of the collision.

He is being treated at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.

Thames Valley Police is appealing to anyone who saw the vehicle or pedestrian before the collision, or witnessed the collision itself to contact police officers on 101.
