HUGHENDEN Parish Council is still waiting to receive the full amount of a confiscation order following the fraud of a former clerk.
Lynne Turner from Tancred Road transferred £28,200 of parish council money into her own account during a nine month period before she left in May 2011.
She was found guilty of fraud by abuse of position in January 2013 and was sentenced to nine months in prison.
A confiscation order was made for her to pay back £12,387.89 by December 18.
But the council is still waiting for the full repayment and said there is about £3,000 left to pay.
The case has been referred back to Oxford Magistrates Court and the council is waiting to hear what the next stage is.
