BBC SPORTS presenter Mike Bushell will be on hand to give out prizes in a Bucks bake-off and bake sale, in aid of Sport Relief.

Beverley Glock, who runs Beverley Glock Cookery School in Princes Risborough, is launching a Buckinghamshire Bake-Off at The Potting Shed in Askett in March.

She has teamed up with her Facebook Marketing consultancy, Red Kite Communications, run by Bucks mum of two, Catherine Lloyd Evans, and between them they are organising the event free of charge with the aim of raising heaps of cash for Sport Relief.

There are many different categories which people can enter and show off their baking skills.

Beverley said: "We’re really pleased to say that Mike Bushell has kindly made time in his busy schedule to come and do the awards ceremony, and we’ve got some other celebrity and professional judges up our sleeves too – we’ll be announcing them on the website very soon."

There are prizes to be won for the winner of each category. Every entrant gets a goody bag for entering.

The Buckinghamshire Bake-Off kicks off at 3.30pm on March 22, judging commences at 4.30pm, and the Prize Ceremony is at 5.45pm, at The Potting Shed, Askett. Entry costs (which all go to Sport relief) are £5 per adult entry per category, £3 per child entry per category and entrants should Enter at www.bucksbakeoff.com.
