ALL lanes on the M40 have now been reopened after the air ambulance attended an accident on the London-bound carriageway.
One lane between junction 2, Beaconsfield, and junction 1A, which links to the M25, was shut throughout the incident.
However, all traffic was stopped for around 20 minutes just before 1pm to allow the air ambulance to attend the scene.
No further details about injuries sustained in the accident have been made clear at this time.
