RESIDENTS on a Marlow street were given a rude awakening after a car crashed through the garden of a house in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Police were called to the incident on Seymour Court Road around 2.30am after the vehicle left the road.
Firefighters also attended the incident at the request of police officer to make the scene safe.
Richard Boast, watch manager at Marlow Fire Station, said the car travelled through the front garden of a property after it had left the road.
He added there was no significant damage to the house.
- Jasmine Peeroo, 21, of Pettifer Way, High Wycombe, was arrested following the collision.
She was charged with one count of driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence, one count of driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit and one count of use a motor vehicle on a road/public place without third party insurance.
Amy McGoogan, aged 20, of St Vincent’s Avenue, Kettering, Northamptonshire, was charged with one count of permit use of motor vehicle with no insurance.
They were both bailed to appear at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on March 17.
