A PARALYMPIC athlete will officially open a new sensory garden in a Flackwell Heath school.
Naomi Riches a paralympic rowing champion will perform the opening ceremony at Juniper Hill School in Churchill Close, Flackwell Heath.
The athlete won a gold medal at London 2012 in her sport and has also won a bronze, at the Paralympic games in 2008.
The money for the garden has been funded by the Friends of Juniper Hill and is in memory of a former pupil who passed away a few years ago.
Year six pupils and their parents will be in attendance at the opening and Naomi will then take an assembly for all the children in school.
The official opening will be at 11am on Thursday, April 4.
