Yoga fundraiser this weekend for school theatre fund
A YOGA by candlelight event comes to Marlow tomorrow to raise money for improvements to a school theatre.
Marlow yoga teacher Alexandra Alves is planning to use the ancient discipline to generate funds to refurbish the auditorium at Sir William Borlase’s Grammar School.
The instructor, whose 15-year-old son attends the school, plans to raise money for the Above and Beyond fund at the West Street performing arts academy.
The candlelit yoga session, which runs from 3 to 5pm, will be conducted with live piano accompaniment.
Home secretary Theresa May could be one of those taking part after signalling an interest in the event.
