A MAN who pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis in Wycombe town centre told the court he "had a bad day".

Taylor Hogan, 23, from Bedford, was arrested after being found with a bag of the Class B drug while in a parked car with friends on the High Street.

Hogan, who opted for no legal representation, apologised to magistrates.

When asked if he wanted to explain himself, he said: "I was just socialising with friends and got caught. I just had a bad day really.

"It was bad luck. I am not dependant on it (cannabis) and it won't happen again."

Hogan was fined £65 and ordered to pay £85 in costs at Wycombe Magistrates Court on Monday.
