FLOOD-HIT areas of Marlow will benefit from road improvements over the coming weeks, according to the leader of Wycombe District Council.
Cllr Richard Scott told a meeting of Marlow town councillors that Bucks County Council’s ‘Jetpatcher’ pothole filling equipment would be deployed across agreed problem areas.
Hotspots include the flood-affected areas of Pound Lane, Gossmore Lane and Mill Road.
In addition, work will be carried out on Wethered Road, Trinity Road and Oaktree Road.
Transport for Buckinghamshire’s Jetpatcher vehicles fill potholes by spraying affected areas with asphalt to fill gaps more quickly than manual repairs.
