THE Mayor of High Wycombe stripped down and took the plunge as he launched a new season of swimming at the Wycombe Rye Lido.
Mayor Cllr Trevor Snaith was the first person to take a dip in the heated outdoor pool at the leisure complex on The Rye this morning.
The pool will be open between 7am and 10am, and then 4pm until 6.30pm every weekday. Swimmers will also be able to dive in between 8am and 10am on Saturday and Sunday.
