BHS in the Eden Centre has re-opened after closing for five hours due to a fire scare.
The store in Eden Walk, had a false fire alarm after what was believed to be an electrical fault.
Three fire engines attended the scene but were not needed.
Bucks Fire and Rescue spokesman, Fraser Pearson, said the store was shut and waiting for an electrical engineer to arrive when crews left the scene.
Crews from High Wycombe, Amersham and Beaconsfield attended the scene at 11.57am this morning.
The store temporarily closed as 11.57am and re-opened at 4.50pm.
