LEADING politicians and commentators were grilled during a Question Time-styled event at John Hampden Grammar School.
The panel included Wycombe MP Steve Baker, MP Chris Bryant, the Shadow Minister for Welfare Reform, MEP candidate Simon Strutt, Councillor Julia Wassell and Giles MacDonogh, who is a writer and historian.
They were questioned by visitors on topics including Scottish devolution, HS2, Europe and the centenary of the First World War.
Panel chair, former John Hampden pupil Mark Phillips QC, was called into to action as the panellists clashed over the ongoing events in Crimea.
Thursday's event was organised by Sixth Form students as part of their A Levels.
