TWO lanes remain closed on the northbound M40 after a collision between a lorry and a car earlier this afternoon.
South Central Ambulance Service confirmed the driver of the lorry suffered a suspected cardiac arrest at the wheel.
The lorry then collided with a car before hitting the barrier by the hard shoulder.
Police were called to the incident at 12.43pm between junction 2 for Beaconsfield and junction 3 for Loudwater.
,Fire crews from High Wycombe, Beaconsfield and Gerrards Cross also attending the scene.
Ambulance crews have been unable to confirm the driver's current condition, but reported there were no other injuries.
There are currently delays with traffic queuing to pass the scene of the crash, with officers advising motorists to avoid the area if possible.
