NEARLY 800 visitors went to the Hearing Dogs for Deaf People's HQ at the weekend to see the good work they do.
The national charity, which is based in Saunderton, opened its door to the public to meet and greet some of their working dogs.
Visitors learned how the charity trains their hearing dogs to transform the life of a deaf person by alerting them to important sounds like the telephone, alarm clock, doorbell and fire alarm.
The Hearing Dogs Display Team held demonstrations throughout the day to show how a fully qualified hearing dog will work.
