SCRATCH cards and cigarettes were stolen during a raid on a Marlow petrol station during the early hours of this morning.

Police said four men used tools to break through the security shutter of the BP petrol station in Little Marlow Road at about 4am.

Once inside they grabbed a quantity of scratch cards and cigarettes before fleeing the scene in a Volkswagen Golf, officers said.

The service station has been closed today while officers investigate.

Contact police on the 101 enquiry line with any information.

Seems to be a crime wave in Marlow area at the moment often consisting of 4 men! BP Garage, woman attacked in an alley, Sainsburys, 2 x burglaries , 4 men robbed a man in Wooburn walking his dog.
Maybe the police should stop trying to catch cars doing over 30 on Henley - Marlow Road and try and catch criminals instead ?
