A MAYOR and an MP were put to work behind the bar as a Chesham pub was officially relaunched after a major refurbishment.
Cllr Mark Shaw and Cheryl Gillan both helped cut the ribbon on the new-look Gamekeepers Lodge in Bellingdon Road on Friday.
They then joined licensees Pat and Steve Miller on the other side of the bar to pour drinks to help toast the relaunch of the pub, which has just had a refit worth £175,000.
