A BOURNE End-based software company has been named in the top 250 companies in the Thames Valley region.

Causeway, an international company who provide software for ‘the built environment’, were names in the Thames Valley 250, recently.

The Thames Valley 250 is a listing of unquoted companies, ranked by turnover based on the last published accounts. To be included, companies must be UK-owned and have a trading office in the Thames Valley.

CEO Phil Brown commented: “Despite the recent tough economic conditions 2013 was our best year, with a 14% increase in revenues.

“This was the result of several key initiatives that included the introduction of Agile working, significant investment in R&D and new product launches.

“More important than these, though, is our commitment to get closer to customers, understand their needs and add value to their businesses.

“We want our customers to be energised by their contact with Causeway and that’s what we are now achieving.”

The company operates all over the world and supports over 2000 customers in 36 countries.
