A KNIFE-wielding burglar threatened a man at the door of his bedroom.
The 41-year-old was in the bedroom of his home in Sevenhill Road, Iver Heath, at about 4pm on Sunday when he heard a noise in his housemate’s room.
As he went to investigate, he was greeted at the door by a man with a knife.
A second man then emerged from his housemate’s room before he ran downstairs. Both intruders threatened the man before they fled.
The resident ran after the pair who sped off in a car, believed to be small green hatchback, towards Slough Road, police said.
Both burglars are described as white, about 5ft 8ins tall and both wore dark clothing. One man had light hair, the other had their hooded top pulled up.
Investigating officer, PC Paul Bridgeworth, said: “If anyone saw a light green hatchback car in the area that day or saw a car of that description driving erratically or suspiciously, please contact me.
“If anyone has any other information which would help, please contact me via the Thames Valley Police 24 hour enquiry number 101.”
