Thousands to take part in Flackwell football tournament
MORE than 1,600 children will take part in this year’s Flackwell Heath Football Festival, which will start tomorrow.
Flackwell Heath Minors FC 2014 'Festival of Football' Tournament will be held over this weekend, starting tomorrow (May 31).
Chairman of Flackwell Heath Minors FC, Declan Breen, said: “It's a great village tradition and club occasion and when the sun is shining it's a great day out for all the family.
“As well as the football there's a bar, barbeque, tombola and lots of other fun to be had.”
About 200 teams will be involved in this year’s tournament which will run across the two days.
