THE MAIN ring at yesterday’s Bledlow Country Show was buzzing with weird and wonderful attractions as hundreds turned out for the festival of farming fun.
Held at Manor House Farm on Lord Carrington’s estate near Princes Risborough, the annual show featured Bucks Young Farmers clubs' annual competitions day.
Clubs from across the county battled it out against each other in competitions ranging from hay bail stacking and tug-of-war to tractor reversing and flower arranging.
The show is organised and run by a team of past and present Princes Risborough Young Farmers to raise funds for the Bucks Federation of Young farmers clubs, one of the largest youth groups in the country.
