A HEALTHCARE firm based in Marlow has been named as one of the best places to work in the UK.

Open Health, involved with healthcare communications and market research, scooped 15th place nationally in the Great Places to Work scheme.

Employees made their way to London last night for a glitzy awards ceremony where they received the accolade in the small business category.

David Rowley, CEO, said: “We’ve always encouraged and rewarded individualism, fresh thinking and professional development here at OPEN Health, so we’re incredibly pleased to have that acknowledged by the Great Place to Work Institute.”

Great Places to Work surveys some 6,000 organisations around the world representing around 10 million employees and collects feedback from workers.

Rankings are determined by reviewing employee satisfaction levels in companies across the UK based on survey results and input from company bosses.
