George O'Keefe
A TALENTED young actor from Chesham Bois has been picked for a part at the International Youth Arts Festival.
After passing his audition with flying colours, 13-year-old George O'Keefe was selected for a role in the Jeremy James Taylor play, The Ragged Child.
The Beacon School pupil has been handed the role of the piece's anti-hero, Leary, after performing a song and speech in front of a judging panel.
George will be treading the boards at the Rose Theatre in Kingston from July 23-27 as part of the festival. For more details go to http://iyafestival.org.uk/.
