A LANDLORD has blasted the "low life" thief who stole a charity box from his High Wycombe pub.
Paul Taylor, publican at the Hour Glass in Chapel Lane, called the theft of the Thames Valley Air Ambulance box the "lowest of the low".
Thames Valley Police confirmed it is investigating the theft, which took place at 1.30pm on Friday, June 13.
Mr Taylor said he believed the box contained about £50 and added: "The collection box chain has been dismantled from the bar and has been snatched.
"It has been the talk of the pub and it really is the lowest of the low - I would put the person who did it in the stocks in the middle of Wycombe if I could."
Officers say they would like to speak to the man pictured in connection with the incident.
Contact police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 with any information.
