A SECOND male has been charged with witness intimidation in connection with a shooting in High Wycombe.

A 17-year-old from High Wycombe was charged with one count of witness intimidation on Tuesday in relation to an alleged offence at the Eden Centre in High Wycombe on June 6.

Previously an 18-year-old called Hamza Hussain from Gibbs Close was also charged with witness intimidation at an incident in Eden, also on June 6.

Police said both charges are in connection to a shooting in the Lucas Wood area near Underwood Road in High Wycombe on May 11, which left five people injured. Five people have subsequently been charged.

The 17-year-old is due to appear at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on July 11.

Hamza Hussain is due for a plea and case management hearing on August 26.
