THIS year's Dash for Dad at West Wycombe Park raised £7,000 for Child Bereavement UK.
Held on Father's Day, more than 130 people took park across the three races of a 5k, 2k and 1k.
It was sponsored by Bucks New University whose mascot, Rusty, came along on the day to lead a fun warm-up for the children and to motivate and congratulate the runners.
The first female home in the 5k run was Sharon Mura and the first male, Marc Rowland.
All the money raised goes to Child Bereavement UK, which is based in Saunderton, and supports families and educates professionals when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying, or when a child is facing bereavement.
