DAWN French’s irreverent reverend is set to be resurrected in a Marlow drama group’s latest production, with organisers calling for new blood to get the production off the ground.
After the success of Marlow Players’ ‘Wife After Death’ in April, the amateur dramatics group are gearing up to resurrect TV favourite the Vicar of Dibley this autumn.
And the dedicated team of drama lovers is looking for new recruits both on stage and behind the scenes for November’s show.
Based on the first few episodes of the nineties TV favourite, which was filmed in Bucks village Turville, the Players are holding auditions for their new show on July 24 at the group’s studio, next to Liston Hall.
