CULINARY king Jean-Christophe Novelli will be cooking up a storm during Eden’s annual Food Festival.
The Michelin star winning French chef will be leading a series of live cooking demonstrations, as well as judging the Big Bucks Bake Off competition during the August 2 festival of food.
The event, now in its third year, will also have samples from a host Eden eateries and a performance by The Courgettes – singing, comedy chefs.
Hell’s Kitchen star Jean-Christophe said: “I’m really looking forward to visiting High Wycombe.
“My home and academy are in Hertfordshire, and between us there are some fabulous producers of high quality produce.
“The Big Bucks Bake Off will be interesting too. This is when I get to sample other people’s food.
“When judging, the most important thing for me is that I can see that someone has shown their passion in their creation and that it can be seen, tasted and smelt.
“Being passionate about what you do will always reflect in what is produced.”
Email bakeoff@frogboxmarketing.co.uk for an entry form for the bake-off.
