A BRITISH troop who was injured by a road side bomb while in action, has set –up a new fitness group in Gerrards Cross and Beaconsfield.

Lance Corporal Tim Jones and friend Andre Nasr founded Military Specific Fitness (MSF) earlier this year.

Lance Corporal Jones is also a fully qualified personal trainer and after fighting back to full fitness decided to start the new group.

The MSF takes many of its core training methods from the British Military, with the group focusing more on teamwork and motivation rather than fancy technology.

In a recent launch display in Gerrards Cross Common, Help for Heroes representatives joined the group in showing what they could do.

Classes run every Tuesday and Thursday at the Beacon Centre in Beaconsfield.
