PLANS for a new coffee shop in Little Chalfont have been submitted to a council.
Proposals to convert a disused shop unit in Nightingales Corner into the new business venture have been lodged with Chiltern District Council.
It would create four new jobs and be open seven days a week if given planning permission, documents submitted as part of the application show.
It's understood the planned business would be independently operated rather than run by a national company.
The application also includes plans for a new one bed studio flat to be built on the upper floors of the building.
Council planning officers are likely to make a decision on whether to approve the plans next month.
