CUSTOMERS are being told to look out for the possibility of stolen hair products being peddled on the streets after a hair salon was burgled in Henley-on-Thames this week.
Between 5.30pm on Saturday and 8.30am yesterday, thieves gained entry to Dorota Hairdressing, in Hart Street, by forcing a rear window.
Once inside, they stole a large amount of Kerastase and L’Oreal Professional branded hair products.
Various items of hairdressing equipment and an amount of cash from the till were also stolen.
PC Neil Templey said: “The products stolen in this burglary are high quality and we anticipate the offenders will try to sell them on at local sales or markets."
If you have any information which could help with the investigation, please contact PC Templey from Abingdon police station via the Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 101.
If you don't want to speak directly to the police you can contact the independent charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
