Christmas may be behind you but the pantomime season is not over yet as youngsters from Bourne End take to the stage to put on a show for residents.

Members of the Forum Players group, who meet at the Bourne End Community Centre about twice a week, will be performing Cinderella at the end of the month.

Jill Hyde, one of the directors, said: “It’s something special for Forum Players and we know the children love it.”

The nationally known production will have a village spin on it, with live music setting the scene and accompanying the songs.

As well as performing for senior citizens at the Centre Theatre, in Wakeman Road, for free on Wednesday, January 21, doors will be opened on the weekend commencing Saturday, January 24, as well as their final show on Saturday, January 31.

Their midweek performance will start at 8pm, while there will be an afternoon and evening performance on the Saturday.
