Early bird tickets for the highly-anticipated PennFest have already sold out. 

Organisers announced that the early bird tickets were sold out on their Facebook page yesterday.

The limited batch of tickets went on sale last Friday. 

Peter Andre, Union J, Rebecca Ferguson and The Happy Mondays are lined up to perform at the family friendly music festival. 

Scouting for Girls, The Fratellis, Jack Pack, Stereo MC’s, Only The Young and Dreadzone have also been confirmed for the fifth annual festival, with more set to be confirmed this week.

As well as a star-studded line up of performers, there will also be be a global artisan market selling art, arts and crafts workshops, a fun fair, creative workshops, street entertainers and performers and a circus workshop. 

The festival will run for three days from July 17 to 19. 

The second round of tickets for the festival go on sale this Friday at 9am.
