Hundreds of pounds were raised for the High Wycombe Stroke Association following a two-day fundraising event in the town last week.

NatWest organised the event in the town centre on Tuesday and Wednesday to raise as much money as possible for the worthy cause.

Staff set their customers a challenge of raising £200 and in return they could watch the management team wince as they had their legs wax.

Once the target was reached, James Barber and Mat Boswell, obliged.

Many of the local businesses donated prizes for the event and the team from Fitness First High Wycombe lent their services over the two days.

More than £500 was raised from the event.
