A motorcyclist was taken to hospital with serious head injuries after a road collision near Princes Risborough last night.
At around 9.50pm the motorcyclist, a 24-year-old man, was travelling on the A4010 Aylesbury Road in Askett when it is believed he came off his blue and white Yamaha.
Police said it is thought he was involved in a collision with a blue Peugeot 208.
The motorcyclist was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital, in Oxford, where he is being treated for serious head injuries.
The road was closed for three hours while police carried out investigation work and cleared the route.
