The family and friends of a Bucks New University student who went missing in Reading last week are worried for his safety after his "out of character" disappearance. 

Ivan Kulyk was last seen at the junction of West Street and Friar Street in Reading at about 6.25am on Tuesday, February 17. 

The 20-year-old student, who lives in Reading but goes to Bucks New University in High Wycombe, is described as white, slim, with short blonde hair. 

He was last seen wearing a grey jacket and black shoes. 

Investigating officer, Det Sgt Matthew Fear of Local CID in Reading said: "Ivan, if you are reading this then please make contact with the police or your family so we know you are safe and well.

“His family and friends are extremely worried about his whereabouts because this is out of character.”
