Engineering works will be taking place on the railway line in to London from Great Missenden over the next two weekends - meaning no trains will be running.
Services will not be running as normal over the whole of the Easter bank holiday weekend, as well as the weekend of April 11-12.
Trains will run between Aylesbury and Great Missenden, before a bus service will take passengers to Beaconsfield via Amersham.
The bus will run on an hourly basis.
Chiltern Railways, which operates the majority of the rail services through the county, has also said there will be timetable alterations for services running between London and Birmingham via Gerrards Cross, Beaconsfield and High Wycombe.
