Students from a dance group associated with Bourne End could be on the path to stardom after winning places in the semi-finals of the British Arts National Dance Competition.
J G Dance runs classes across the county, including Bourne End and Marlow, and a group of their youngsters are now set to take on the best at the next stage of the contest.
The dancers, aged between seven and 20, get involved in a number of performing arts, including singing, drama, ballet, modern jazz, national and tap dancing.
Principal Ann Morelle said: “If enthusiasm and hard work are anything to go by then they certainly deserve to win.”
If they can make it through to the final they will perform at the Bloomsbury Theatre in London.
