Have you ever wanted to speak out about the events, services and infrastructure where you live? Well, if you are a resident in Flackwell Heath, now is your chance to get those concerns off your chest.

The village residents’ association is looking for people in the community to share their views with them in a bid to improve the area.

The short survey includes questions on crime and traffic as well as housing, services and social events, and all questionnaires can be completed anonymously.

Flackwell Heath Residents’ Association vice-chairman, Chloe Andrews-Jones, said: “You will know that one of the association’s main objectives is to associate with local authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to improve our village.

“In order to do that, we need to know what residents think about Flackwell Heath, so we can focus our efforts on things that are important to a lot of people, rather than what the executive committee thinks is important.

“We decided the best way to find out what you think is to conduct a survey. The survey asks questions about things like village services, community events, housing, crime and traffic.

“As you know, the residents’ association can’t change things that are determined by other people such as local authorities and the police, but we can represent your views on these sorts of issues to the relevant bodies – but we do need to know that those views are.”

The survey will be open and available for people to access until the end of April. To take the survey or to find out more information, visit www.surveymonkey.com/s/H7R3PRM.

Residents who are unable to give their answers online can make their suggestions at the Flackwell Heath Community Library.

To join in, visit the Chapel Road building between 10am and 4pm on either Wednesday, April 15, or Wednesday, April 29. If you would like the Bucks Free Press to write about some of your concerns within the community, speak to Flackwell Heath reporter Andrew Colley by emailing andrew.colley@london.newsquest.co.uk or phoning 01494 755089.
