A decision to refuse an application to build homes on the former railway line linking Bourne End to High Wycombe has been appealed by developers.
Wycombe District Council turned down an application to construct 22 dwellings in Bourne End earlier this year, but the land owner - who submitted the proposal - is now set to appeal.
Plans would have also seen a public footpath and cycleway created between Cores End Road in Bourne End and Town Lane in Wooburn Green.
In refusing the application, WDC planning officers highlighted almost 30 concerns, including with the access and a detrimental impact on the environment.
